The Concept
In the Banking District, “capital” means two things: the city and the money.
في الحي المصرفي، للعاصمة معنيان: المدينة، ورأس المال.
The building stands in the financial district of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. The line names both in four words. The district is already open and in use, so the line describes what is there today. It is short enough to read at driving speed.
